This is not working for me as shown. When I click on MENU I see the two choices for header and footer BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO SELECT THEM? AND there is not panel to the right. Only the first panel opens, not the right hand one. No amount of altering the selection of clicking on the menus will do what this instruction note says.
